The days leading up to the first day of classes are filled with excitement, pride, uncertainty, and maybe even a few tears. Whether your student has already settled into Aggieland or you’re just beginning the process of letting go, you’re not alone.
Join the Austin Aggie Moms’ Club for our 3rd annual Whoop! or Weep!—an evening created especially for moms of new Aggies.
This casual happy hour is a chance to connect with other Fish Moms, share stories from move-in and the start of the semester, celebrate this milestone, and be reminded that you’re part of a community that understands.

- Jack Allen’s Kitchen on Anderson Lane – North
- Jack Allen’s Kitchen – Oak Hill (South)
Stop by anytime between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Stay for a few minutes or the whole evening. The Austin Aggie Moms’ Club will provide appetizers, and guests are welcome to purchase their own beverages and additional menu items.
